About 3alimny Program
Our educational program supports the education of sick
children. This program comes under the umbrella of Bahrain
Trust Foundation Micro-School project. Bahrain Trust
Foundation is a not-for-profit organization founded in 2010.
It was established in September 2019 and aims to make a
difference in people’s lives locally and globally. The foundation
is registered under Ministry of Labour and Social Development.
The program consists of two classrooms: the first classroom is
in Abdulla Kanoo ward for the treatment of tumours of children –
Ward 02, and the second one is in ward 31 allocated to the rest
of the children in the hospital wards. The program welcomes
children from the age of 2-18 years old, Where the students
in both classrooms are divided into groups depending on their
ages under the supervision of teachers who are highly qualified
to deal with students learning difficulties. The students are
linked to an electronic learning platform to follow their study
and self-training. The program also offers individual remedial
lessons in basic subject skills for all academic levels via Zoom
platform in the evening period, and a program to discover
and develop students’ talents and abilities through a series of
training workshops.
